I have always been of the belief that if another person can do something then I can too, from bricklaying to crochet I will have a go.  When my children were small my love of baking led me to 'have a go' with all of their birthday cakes. This love led me to sugar craft classes and as my skills progressed I began producing more and more celebration cakes for family and friends.  After years of my husband and friends saying "you should do this for a living" The Old Manor House Bakery was born.
 
I strive to create cakes that not only look beautiful but taste delicious too, cakes that complete your special day.
 
All of my cakes are custom made to your requirements.  Only a limited number of orders are taken each month to allow for the personal attention your creation deserves.  It is advisable to order early to avoid disappointment.

In 2016 we added a Mobile Bakery to the business and from our gorgeous Citroen van "Libby-Loo" we now take our delicious home made cakes and freshly made Crepes up and down the country.  Libby-Loo has been beautifully converted to supply Crepes, coffee, tea and hot chocolates along with soft drinks, the perfect accompaniment to our cakes and Crepes.  We provide catering for any event, from Weddings to festivals and we look forward to meeting you at our events in the future.

In 2017 we introduced cake decorating classes and the class schedule is increasing by the day.

2019 saw a brand new studio where all the cake magic happens.  The new studio provides the perfect space for all of our cake decorating classes and wedding cake consultations and I can't wait to greet you in our lovely space.
