I am passionate about providing a cake that tastes as good as it looks, I constantly try new flavour combinations to keep my menu exciting and interesting.  I use only the finest quality ingredients which are locally sourced where possible.  I love to create flavoursome cakes and sweet treats that will be enjoyed by your guests and leave a lasting impression.  It is so important to me that my cakes taste as good as they look, all of my cakes are layered perfectly and evenly, coated with a layer of chocolate ganache using the finest quality chocolate before covering with a layer of luxury sugar paste so that when you cut into the cake it will be a delight on the eyes also.
